IPS (Industrial Power Systems) seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction to closeout with a focus on safety, quality, and profitability. You will mentor junior team members and drive effective execution across multiple disciplines while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, bidding and pre-construction activities, and ensuring projects meet schedule and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of construction operations experience in general commercial markets.
• 10+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and communicating with executives.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and decision‑making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects from preconstruction through closeout following IPS standards.
• Maintain safety compliance and quality programs on site.
• Represent IPS as the client’s primary contact and manage stakeholders.
• Oversee project engineers, superintendents, and administrative staff.
• Control budgets and schedules to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.
• Execute subcontracts, purchase orders, and change requests; close-out duties.
