Job summary

You will oversee planning, budgeting, and construction management across the project lifecycle, ensuring on-schedule and on-budget delivery while aligning with client objectives.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing commercial real estate capital projects.
• Experience with labs, power and cooling requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools; PMP or comparable certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and deliver commercial real estate capital projects from inception through closeout.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and execution plans; manage contracts and invoices.
