You will mentor team members, track performance with KPIs, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, IT, Operations, and leadership to resolve issues, applying Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, quality, IT, or process-driven environments
• PMP certification strongly preferred
• Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, audits, CAPA) is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project); ERP or PM tools experience a plus
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strong analytical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Lead high‑visibility, multi‑department projects from initiation through implementation
• Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
• Direct cross‑functional teams, remove roadblocks, and maintain project momentum
• Track, analyze, and report project performance using KPIs and executive‑level reporting
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, IT, Operations, and leadership to resolve issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
• Mentor team members on project management and process improvement best practices
