Job summary

The Bachrach Group in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-visibility, multi‑department initiatives from initiation through implementation. You will define scope, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies while removing roadblocks to maintain momentum.

You will mentor team members, track performance with KPIs, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, IT, Operations, and leadership to resolve issues, applying Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, quality, IT, or process-driven environments
• PMP certification strongly preferred
• Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, audits, CAPA) is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project); ERP or PM tools experience a plus
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strong analytical thinking skills
