Qualificações

• 7+ years of progressive project/program management experience required.
• Proven success leading complex initiatives in dynamic or evolving environments required.
• Experience in technology, manufacturing, engineering, or scientific environments required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large‑scope, enterprise‑level projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Collaborate with functional project managers to remove roadblocks and drive executions.
• Adapt project management tools and processes based on project needs.
• Support prioritization across competing initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Partner with executive leadership to clarify priorities and mitigate risks.
• Establish stage gates, dashboards, and KPIs for accountability.
• Drive adoption of best practices for team effectiveness.
• Present project updates to senior leadership.
