Job summary

Lease Crutcher Lewis LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project delivery, from sales through warranty. You will build client relationships, mentor teams, and drive safety, quality, and profitability on major projects.

You will manage bidding, budgeting, and scheduling while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subs to meet contract objectives and owner expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
• 10–15 years of industry experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work with owners, architects, engineers and subs.
• Strong leadership qualities and industry relationship development.
• Flexible with shifting priorities and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and business development activities; build client relationships.
• Lead the sales process with win strategy and interview prep.
• Oversee a large project or multiple smaller ones.
• Direct bid/budget process and bid-day activities.
• Guide estimating and preconstruction; coordinate purchasing/operations.
• Manage projects from preconstruction to close-out and warranty.
• Monitor cost, schedule, safety programs; ensure quality.
• Review/approve owner change orders and subcontract drafts.
• Supervise schedule development and monthly profit projections.
• Promote a strong safety culture; conduct safety inspections.
