Job summary

Lease Crutcher Lewis, a 100% employee-owned general contractor, seeks a Project Executive for Seattle's Commercial market. You will lead strategic client development, guide large-scale ground-up construction, and provide executive leadership to multiple project teams from pursuit through closeout.

You will drive safety, profitability, and client satisfaction, while mentoring staff and supporting market strategy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale ground-up commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for obtaining new project opportunities.
• Oversee multiple projects with executive oversight on schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Lead project teams and ensure clear communication between field and office.
• Manage project budgets, contingencies, and financial reporting.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams.
