Job summary

Lease Crutcher Lewis is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects with a strong emphasis on Progressive Design-Build. The role involves guiding scope, budget, and schedule, and building strong client relationships from pursuit through warranty.

The candidate should have 5+ years in general contracting project management, strong preconstruction and estimating knowledge, and experience in collaborative delivery models. Portland-based hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general contracting project management experience.
• Experience with Progressive Design-Build or early design-phase engagement preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, trade partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from early concept through construction closeout and warranty.
• Coordinate with clients, design partners, trade partners, and internal Lewis teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, safety, quality, change management, and reporting.
• Establish safety expectations and mentor project team members.
