Job summary

Lease Crutcher Lewis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project delivery from preconstruction to closeout on multiple projects in Portland, OR. The role emphasizes client development, bid oversight, and safety leadership across teams.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet profit, schedule, and quality targets in a collaborative, employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
• 10–15 years of industry experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
• Exhibits strong leadership qualities and relationship-building.
• OSHA 10 certification and commitment to safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and business development activities with clients.
• Manage single large project or multiple smaller projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Guide bid and budget process, reviewing documents and owner contracts.
• Direct estimating and preconstruction activities for assigned projects.
• Implement and oversee project safety programs and compliance.
• Mentor and develop team members; collaborate with leadership on forecasting.
