Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects and serve as the chief liaison to owners, architects and subcontractors. You will oversee budget, schedule, risk, and safety, while driving profit opportunities and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating with field staff, and supporting business development through proposals and interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 10–15 years of construction PM experience.
• OSH 10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Proficiency with Timberline/Sage, Primavera P6 and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate with field supervision, subcontractors and vendors to align with the project schedule.
• Represent Consigli with owners, architects, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
• Administer all financial aspects of the project including owner contracts and subcontracts.
