KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Richmond, VA to lead large-scale commercial and industrial MEP projects. You will oversee budget, schedule, and client relations while mentoring PMs and PEs to drive execution excellence.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, cost forecasting, and coordination with Virtual Construction and field teams. A strong background in mechanical/plumbing systems is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in commercial/industrial project management.
• Experience managing projects >$10 million in scope.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or plumbing systems.
• OSHA-30 certification and safety compliance knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret construction docs and specs.
• Proficient use of MS Teams and modern tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale MEP projects from start to finish.
• Maintain customer relations, contracts, and forecasting accuracy.
• Develop schedules, labor plans, and cost-to-complete forecasts.
• Lead PMs and PEs, mentoring and setting execution standards.
• Coordinate with field leadership, supply chain, and GC leadership.
• Prepare and present project meetings and status updates.
