KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial MEP service projects in a fast-paced environment. The role involves coordinating field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with documentation and budgeting, and a desire to develop a long-term career in commercial MEP project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is required.
• Associate degree or equivalent in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, MEP, or related field is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning and execution of commercial service projects.
• Coordinate communication between field teams, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical deadlines.
• Document action items and follow-up requirements from meetings.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, logs, and project documentation for review.
