Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Project Manager (PM3) in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will lead large, multidisciplinary projects across Engineering, Fabrication, Field Services, and Operations, ensuring structured execution, risk management, and profitability.

You will mentor Associate PMs and PMs while maintaining schedule discipline and strong client communications in a fast-paced environment. This role demands leadership and strategic thinking to deliver complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher required; PMP preferred.
• AV/IT project management experience in complex environments.
• Strong leadership and communication in multi-stakeholder settings.
• Financial oversight of budgets, forecasts, and margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, high-impact, multidisciplinary projects across Engineering, Fabrication, Field Services, and Operations.
• Manage project cadence, interdependencies, risks, and performance.
• Mentor Associate PMs and PMs to elevate team performance.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and profitability; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Be a trusted client and internal leader in high-pressure environments.
