Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated project management experience on construction and AV installation projects.
• Ability to read architectural/engineering blueprints and financial/legal documents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications preferred.
• PMP and CTS certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of large construction and AV integration projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to technical specification.
• Operations & Logistics: Develop schedules, manage order entries, secure materials, and issue subcontractor purchase orders.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets and report on financial health during bi-weekly and monthly percent-complete reviews.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level customers, channel partners, and cross-functional internal teams (Engineering, Purchasing, Sales).
• Escalation & Resolution: Actively resolve project bottlenecks and handle escalation paths with a prompt, problem-solving mindset.

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-value construction and audio-visual (AV) installation projects. In this role, you will drive execution from inception to completion, managing multiple trades, technical subcontractors, and high-level customer relationships. • Target Portfolio: 35-45 active projects (valued between $1.5M – $3M)

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of large construction and AV integration projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to technical specification.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications preferred.
• Certifications (Highly Desired): PMP and CTS.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Setting: Mix of office, warehouse, and active construction sites.
• Travel: Occasional travel required to project locations.
• Availability: Ability to handle occasional after-hours calls during critical project installation phases.
