Sterling Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex industrial and commercial builds. You will own the P&L and oversee schedule, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction from preconstruction through close-out.

Based in Tulsa, OK, you will drive cross-functional teams, manage risk and change orders, and report to executives while mentoring field and office staff.

Competenze

• 5–7+ years managing large, complex civil or industrial projects.
• Experience owning project financials (P&L, forecasting, cost control).
• Strong scheduling and contract management knowledge.

Mansioni

• Lead project execution with the Superintendent and cross-functional teams.
• Own the project P&L, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Manage change orders, risk, CPM schedule, and client relations.
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
