Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management and/or engineering is required.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience will be considered.
• Strong communication and ability to read/interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage job cost reporting, track quantities, and prepare status reports.
• Develop and maintain project schedules from bid to completion with the team.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement for design needs.
• Prepare payment applications, schedule updates, and client status reports.
• Manage information flow between customer and company including submittals, RFIs, and daily reports.
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor and purchase orders, including change requests.
