Sterling Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Utah to lead large heavy civil projects, coordinating with Superintendents and Project Managers to drive execution and deliver quality results.

You will manage schedules (P6), budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and document control, while overseeing field operations support and coordination with owners, subs, and inspectors for successful close-out.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 4+ years of heavy civil/highway construction experience including bridges
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Superintendents and Project Managers to drive project execution
• Lead subcontractor coordination and ensure contractor performance
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders
• Oversee field operations support, inspections, and as-builts
• Track quantities for owner payments and maintain job costing
• Handle RFIs, submittals, issue logs, and project documentation
• Liaise with owners, subs, and inspectors
• Support project close-out and quality delivery
