Job summary

RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture seeks a licensed Project Manager Landscape Architect to lead production, coordination, and supervision of multiple projects. You will guide design teams, manage budgets, and ensure quality, timely, and profitable delivery of landscape architecture projects.

Ideal candidate holds a BLA/MLA, is registered with CLARB, and has 5–10 years private-sector experience with strong AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level landscape architecture degree from an accredited program.
• Registered Landscape Architect with CLARB certification.
• 5–10 years of experience in a private sector design or planning office.
• Advanced AutoCAD and customizations, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Leads project team activities and coordinates initiation, research, materials, programming and conceptualization.
• Prepares consultant agreements and oversees CAD document production and drawings.
• Reviews project correspondence, budgets, and takes part in client presentations and design reviews.
• Directs construction administration, site visits, and verification of contract documents.
