Job summary

RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture in Asheville, NC, seeks a licensed Project Manager to lead high-performing landscape architecture teams and ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects across design disciplines.

You will mentor designers and planners, coordinate cross‑disciplinary work, manage client relationships, and oversee budgets, schedules, and QA throughout programming, design development, and construction administration.

Qualifications

• Landscape Architecture degree from accredited BLA/MLA program.
• Registered Landscape Architect with CLARB certification.
• 5–10 years of experience in private sector design or planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff designers and planners through coaching and development.
• Direct project teams from initiation through construction administration.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
