Job summary

RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture is seeking a Senior Project Manager and licensed Landscape Architect in Orlando to lead multi-project production and coordination. You will supervise teams, manage budgets and schedules, and guide design and client presentations to deliver high-quality, timely projects.

The ideal candidate holds a BLA/MLA, is a registered Landscape Architect with CLARB, and has 10+ years of private-sector experience, along with expert AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Office

Qualifications

Requires a Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited program.
Registration as a Landscape Architect and CLARB certification are required.
10+ years of experience in a private sector design or planning office.
Advanced AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and Office suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead project team activities.
Coordinate and oversee project initiation, design, and planning.
Prepare and review project documents, drawings, and specifications.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications.
Direct Construction Administration and site visits.
