RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Landscape Architect) to oversee production, coordination, and supervision of multiple design projects. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality landscapes and spaces that meet client goals.

The candidate brings 10+ years in private design or planning, strong AutoCAD and rendering skills, and registration as a landscape architect.

Qualifications

• Landscape Architecture degree from accredited BLA or MLA program.
• Registered Landscape Architect and CLARB certification.
• 10+ years of experience in a private sector design or planning office.
• Advanced AutoCAD and customizations, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Leads project team activities and coordinates design development.
• Manages project initiation, budgeting, and client communications.
• Prepares and reviews project documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Directs construction administration activities and site visits.
• Manages project budget and staffing among designers and interns.
