Job summary

RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture is seeking a Project Manager (Licensed Landscape Architect) to oversee production, coordination, and supervision of multiple projects. Responsibilities cover initiation, design, team leadership, scheduling, and ensuring a well-coordinated, quality product delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of private sector design experience, is proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and MS Office, and holds CLARB-registered

Qualifications

• Landscape Architecture degree from accredited program.
• Registered Landscape Architect with CLARB certification.
• 5-10 years of design or planning office experience.
• Advanced AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and MS Office skills.
• Strong knowledge of contract documents and production.

Responsibilities

• Leads project team activities and coordination.
• Oversees project initiation, research, site selections, programming, and conceptualization.
• Prepares consultant agreements and project correspondence.
• Leads development of project goals and organization; coordinates client meetings.
• Oversees CAD document production, drawings, and project specifications.
• Monitors budgets, takeoffs, and project billing; conducts site visits.
