RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture is seeking a licensed Project Manager Landscape Architect to lead production, coordination, and supervision of multiple projects. You will guide design development, team organization, and client communication to deliver quality, on time within budget.

The role requires a registered landscape architect with CLARB, 5–10 years of private-sector experience, and advanced CAD/Rendering skills (AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp).

Qualifications

• Landscape Architecture degree from an accredited BLA/MLA program.
• Registered Landscape Architect with CLARB certification.
• 5–10 years in a private sector design or planning office.
• Advanced AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and MS Office skills.
• Advanced contract document layout and production knowledge.
• Advanced hand and digital rendering skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team activities.
• Coordinate initiation, research, materials and programming.
• Prepare and review presentation materials for design reviews.
• Develop project goals and organize teams.
• Prepare consultant agreements and project specifications.
• Oversee CAD production and drawings coordination.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and takeoffs.
• Direct construction administration activities and site visits.
• Ensure QA/QC through the RVi process.

Education

Landscape Architecture degree from accredited BLA/MLA program

Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) with CLARB certification
