Qualifications

• Licensed landscape architect with 5–10 years in a private sector design or planning office.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-development capabilities.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing project teams through coaching and mentorship.
• Oversee project delivery from initiation through construction administration.
