Job summary

RVi Planning is seeking a Project Manager, a licensed Landscape Architect, to oversee production, coordination, and supervision of multiple projects. The role covers initiation, design, planning, staff leadership, scheduling, and ensuring timely, quality delivery within budget.

The ideal candidate will have CLARB certification, 5-10 years of private sector experience, and strong AutoCAD/Rendering skills to support project goals and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Landscape Architect with CLARB certification.
• 5-10 years of experience in a private sector design or planning office.
• Advanced AutoCAD and customizations, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of contract documents and rendering skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads project team activities and coordinates design effort.
• Manages project initiation, design development, and client presentations.
• Prepares and reviews project documentation, budgets, and schedules.
• Directs coordination between consultants and internal staff.
