Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences (six years related experience may substitute for a degree)
• Minimum 5 years of client-relationship/customer service experience or Project Management experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage client projects through all phases of laboratory operations.
• Set up projects in LIMS and manage documentation and invoicing.
• Communicate project details to operations and manage subcontract labs.
• Prepare and review client reports and final data packages.
• Manage purchase orders, task orders, contracts, and change orders.
• Schedule courier or field sampler as needed
