Job summary

SPX Technologies, through SPX Cooling Technologies, seeks a Sr. Project Manager to own selected projects and safeguard gross margins by close cost monitoring and proactive action. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep scope, cost, and schedule aligned.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, contract management, and financial oversight across multiple countries where SPX does business, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant industry experience.
• PM/PMO certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is desired.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects and protect gross margin by monitoring material and labor costs.
• Resolve project problems timely and ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and communicate with customers and partners.
• Manage contract interactions, risk, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Forecast revenues and costs with full visibility; develop payment schedules.
• Maintain Project Status Reports and document control.
