Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own assigned projects, protect gross margins, and coordinate across engineering, construction, and supply chain to meet schedule and budget.

You will lead cross-functional teams, communicate with customers and suppliers, manage contracts and financials, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and OpEx initiatives. Domestic and international travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• PMI certification according to US standards preferred.
• Product knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cross-functional SPX project team.
• Serve as first line of communication with customers and partners.
• Coordinate with suppliers, field construction and internal departments.
• Manage contracts and financials to protect target margins.
• Maintain project schedules and document controls.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
