Amentum is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a multi-faceted contract operations, ensuring safety and quality in daily performance. The PM will act as the central point of contact with the Government and manage a large workforce across diverse functions under PWS/SOW requirements.

The role requires proven leadership of 600–1,000 personnel, extensive oversight responsibilities, and active Secret clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of experience managing a workforce on contracts of similar size/scope.
• Experience leading a team of 600–1,000 employees.
• Experience directing a unionized workforce.
• Active Secret US Government Clearance; US Citizenship required.
• Valid US or local driver's license and US passport.

Aufgaben

• Oversee port operations, facilities support, utility management, electrical, transportation and other areas per PWS/SOW.
• Monitor cost control, budgeting, and operating costs.
• Develop and enforce procedures/programs to increase efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations.
• Designated POC in direct oversight and subcontractor management.
