MANTECH seeks a Senior Business Operations Specialist to lead administrative operations within a PMO on Oahu, Hawaii. The role focuses on aligning internal rhythms, calendars, and executive communications to support a large-scale logistics and sustainment program across the Pacific.

The candidate will bring 10+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a track record in handling high-level military correspondence, action-item tracking, and staff mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; experience may substitute.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• PMO or military/USSOCOM/USPACOM experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage internal business rhythm, workflows, and admin controls within a PMO.
• Authorize procedural standards for executive correspondence and validate information protocols; implement process improvements.
• Coordinate admin support for a large-scale logistics and sustainment program across the Pacific.
• Manage executive calendar, coordinate high-level meetings, track contract action items and milestones.
• Oversee preparation and routing of official program correspondence and deliverable notifications to Mission Partners.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to staff.
