Redmond is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the delivery of complex, high-value commercial interior projects and to contribute to business development. You will lead project teams, mentor staff, and manage client relationships while ensuring financial performance and risk management.

This role requires strategic engagement with clients, pursuit of new opportunities, and leadership across multiple projects, delivering value and quality in every phase of execution.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience as a Commercial Interior Project Manager or similar.
• Experience leading high-rise commercial tenant improvement projects.
• Strong ability to win and execute profitable, high-quality projects.
• Professional communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all phases of execution and mentor junior staff.
• Manage client relationships at a strategic level and pursue new business opportunities.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management for financial performance.
• Coordinate kickoff, meetings, and closeout activities with stakeholders.
