Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Management Manager in Redmond to lead a team delivering basic management services aligned with strategic business objectives. You will supervise staff, manage daily activities, and oversee all project phases from procurement to closeout.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 3–5 years in related work; LEED AP, PMP, and CCM preferred. Strong leadership and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • LEED AP, PMP and CCM designations preferred.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, and retention is preferred.
  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information and convey performance expectations.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Provide formal supervision to employees; supervise training and development.
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set schedules and deadlines.
  • Oversee all phases of project management including procurement and contracting.
  • Ensure procurement, negotiation, execution, and closeout are compliant.
  • Monitor billing, accounts receivable, and full P&L to EBITDA; manage budgets.
