Redmond Construction is seeking a seasoned Preconstruction Manager to lead estimates and manage multiple pursuits across diverse sectors. The role focuses on accurate pricing, strategic alignment, and a smooth transition into execution, collaborating with clients, trade partners, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8+ years in construction estimating or preconstruction, plus hands-on experience mentoring junior staff and leading full-cycle estimates, with proficiency in common

Formación

• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in construction estimating, preconstruction, or a related construction discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of preconstruction or pricing experience while serving in a Project Manager role.
• Proven experience leading full-cycle estimates (conceptual through GMP/final pricing) on commercial interior or similar projects.
• Experience managing trade partner bidding processes, including solicitation, leveling, and scope alignment.
• Experience collaborating with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Operations teams to align preconstruction with execution.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the entire preconstruction process for active pursuits.
• Coordinate with VP’s, Project Execs, Team Leads, PMs, PEs and Superintendents to hand off to Project Team.
• Develop and maintain strategic trade partner relationships for competitive pricing.
• Lead preconstruction meetings with clients, presenting estimates and value engineering options.
• Maintain market awareness of pricing and lead times to inform proposals.
