Redmond Construction is seeking a Project Manager II in Chicago to lead complex corporate interior projects and own client relationships, financial performance, and team leadership. You will drive project delivery, mentor junior staff, and support business development efforts.

You will manage budgets, forecasting, contracts, and risk, while ensuring projects meet company standards and client expectations. Strong leadership and strategic growth focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years of experience managing complex, high-value corporate interior projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Proven proficiency in project scheduling, scope development, contract review, financial oversight, and risk management.
• Ability to foster client retention, build strong relationships, and lead collaborative, high-performing teams.
• Strong people management skills, with an empathetic, team-centered leadership approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strong relationships with clients, project partners, architects, end users, and owners.
• Participate in business development efforts and lead generation.
