You will manage budgets, timelines and scopes, develop SOWs, monitor forecasts and identify risks, while improving workflows and agency operations. The role emphasizes collaboration, planning and delivery across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in an agency setting.
• Experience managing integrated client programs with budgets and timelines.
• Experience developing statements of work (SOWs) and project estimates.
• Strong understanding of agency operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience monitoring budgets, forecasting and scope changes.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Excel/Sheets/Smartsheet).
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of integrated client programs to deliver on time and within scope.
• Develop statements of work (SOWs), monitor budgets and forecasts, identify risks.
• Create project timelines and work plans, prioritize deliverables and manage dependencies.
• Coordinate with client teams, finance, and resources across programs.
• Maintain visibility into team capacity and align staffing with project needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational processes.
