Senior Project Manager Do you enjoy bringing structure to complex projects and helping teams work more effectively together? Are you energized by coordinating cross-functional teams, solving operational challenges and keeping programs moving forward? As a Senior Project Manager at Zeno, you will partner with client teams, finance and agency specialists to support integrated communications programs across a diverse portfolio of clients. You will help manage budgets, timelines, scopes and resources while ensuring projects stay on track and teams have the information they need to deliver exceptional work. This role is ideal for a collaborative project management professional who enjoys both planning and execution. You'll have the opportunity to strengthen agency operations, improve workflows and contribute to successful client programs across multiple disciplines.
Support the day-to-day management of integrated client programs, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with client objectives.
Partner with client teams, finance and contracts to develop statements of work (SOWs), monitor budgets, support forecasting and help identify scope changes or project risks.
Develop project timelines, estimates and work plans while helping teams prioritize deliverables, manage dependencies and navigate changing priorities.
Work closely with client teams, finance, resource management and specialty practices to coordinate workflows, staffing and project needs across integrated programs.
Partner with resource management and team leads to help align staffing with project requirements and maintain visibility into team capacity.
Help identify opportunities to improve project workflows, templates and operational processes while supporting new business planning and agency initiatives as needed.
Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 USD/yr. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
