ABB in New Berlin, WI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial initiatives in the Motion - High Power Division. The role is hybrid, reporting to the HUB Execution Manager, and focuses on delivering on time, budget, and scope.
You will assemble and guide project teams, manage risks, monitor progress and finances, ensure contract compliance, and maintain strong stakeholder relations across internal and external partners. Travel up to 20% is expected.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid in New Berlin, WI. This role is contributing to the Motion - High Power Division in the USA.
Take commercial and technical responsibility for your projects and manage effectively by structuring, planning, budgeting, and execution from delivery until end of warranty.
Ensures that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policies.
Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization.
Monitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow.
Identifies, qualifies, quantifies, and manages project risks, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
Captures, analyzes, and shares lessons learned throughout the project.
Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed.
Drives the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
Acts as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
Monitor projects and execute regular reporting (project reviews).
