CECO Environmental Corporation is seeking a Project Manager III to lead highly complex, cross-functional projects and mentor project team members. You will ensure requirements are defined, deliverables met, and projects finish on schedule and within budget.

You will oversee multiple projects, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across PM processes while collaborating with Finance and executives. The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, strong communication and organizational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years demonstrated project management experience and project implementation.
• Experience with distributed project teams.
• Excellent prioritization and organization skills, especially the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all staff levels and clients.
• Able to work extended hours when needed to help meet project deadlines.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or equivalent ERP system.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish scope and detailed requirements for the project and document them with key stakeholders.
• Identify and manage issues, risks and changes.
• Communicate and follow-up regularly with team members to ensure tasks are completed.
• Develop project plans for schedule, resources, and budget with finance and executives.
• Monitor and track progress against plans.
• Report status to project stakeholders via formal and informal methods.
