Job summary

The Project Engineer III will plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects, collaborating with design, procurement, construction, and QA to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with codes and budgets.

Qualifications include a BS in Mechanical or Structural Engineering, 8+ years of experience, ASME VIII, and proficiency in AutoCAD. Travel to sites as needed is required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
• 8+ years engineering experience.
• ASME VIII Code Experience.
• Pressure Vessel Design experience.
• Project Execution skills.
• Experience interfacing with marketing, sales, manufacturing, and vendors.
• Creative and analytical engineering skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes project specifications to determine equipment design requirements.
• Provides engineering support to PM team on Original Equipment projects.
• Provides technical support to Aftermarket team.
• Creates and reviews technical datasheets and drawings.
• Directs preparation of layouts, drawings, and schematics.
• Evaluates field installations and recommends design modifications.
• Performs engineering output including equipment specs and BOM reviews.
• Interfaces with vendors, customers, and engineers on project issues.
