Job summary

CECO Environmental Corporation is seeking a Project Manager II to lead engineering and industrial equipment projects from planning through delivery. You will coordinate customer requirements, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.

Role requires 5–7 years in project management within OEM manufacturing, strong client relationships, and experience with MS Project and D365. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in OEM manufacturing.
• Experience with industrial equipment engineering, design, and fabrication a plus.
• Experience with project scheduling and ERP software (MS Project and D365).
• Knowledge of general contract terms and conditions.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings (blueprints, P&IDs, specs).
• Ability to plan and manage multiple, complex projects with competing priorities.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Review contracts to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
• Gather project documents: proposals, customer requirements, specs, equipment data.
• Assemble project teams for review, coordination, and execution of requirements.
• Develop and adjust project schedules to meet contract milestones.
• Serve as single point of contact for customers and internal teams.
