LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale ground-up and expansion projects for a growing industrial portfolio across the Southeast. You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout and serve as the main point of contact for owners, design teams, and trade partners.

The role offers a strong backlog, repeat clients, and clear leadership path for the right candidate, with a competitive base salary, bonus potential, and full benefits.

Competenze

• 10+ years in commercial or industrial construction.
• 3+ years as Senior PM or PM on large projects.
• Experience delivering manufacturing, distribution, or process facilities.
• Strong commercial skills across contracts, cost control, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating complex MEP and heavy civil or structural scopes.
• Willingness to travel across the Southeast.

Mansioni

• Run industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout, typically $50M+.
• Own budgets, schedules, buyout, change management, and monthly reporting.
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams.
• Work with Superintendents on safety, quality, and schedule.
• Manage heavy MEP and process scopes, including utilities, power, and equipment installation.
• Support preconstruction, estimating, and business development.
