Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Capital Project Manager to lead large-scale capital investments across multiple manufacturing facilities. You will drive concepts through commissioning, manage contractors, project controls, and cross-functional teams to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in heavy industrial sectors.
• Experience managing capital projects $20M+ with preferred >$100M.
• Willingness to travel ~30% domestically, some international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale capital projects from concept through startup and commissioning.
• Develop execution plans: scope, budgets, schedules, risk, procurement, resources.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams: engineering, operations, maintenance, procurement, construction, contractors.
• Ensure safety, environmental, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
• Oversee contractor selection, bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract administration.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
