LVI Associates in Raleigh, North Carolina seeks an experienced Technical Project Owner to lead delivery of large-scale automation projects across industrial sectors. The role requires strong technical knowledge, project leadership, and effective client communication.

You will coordinate across engineering, operations, and commissioning teams, develop execution plans, manage schedules, and oversee risks and change orders to ensure on-time, on-budget project handover.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related discipline.
• 5–10+ years of experience in project delivery, project engineering, or project management within industrial automation or power systems.
• Strong technical understanding of control systems, electrical systems, and industrial processes.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
• PMP or similar certification advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of large, complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Review contracts, specifications, drawings, and client communications to clarify scope.
• Develop execution plans and coordinate engineering, operations, and commissioning teams.
• Act as primary client contact, ensuring clear, proactive communication.
• Maintain detailed project schedules and track progress, risks, and changes.
• Oversee change orders and cash flow related to project execution.
• Lead regular project meetings and manage project documentation.
• Coordinate cross-project resource dependencies.
