LVI Associates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale ground-up and expansion projects for a growing industrial portfolio across the Southeast. You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout and serve as the main point of contact for owners, design teams, and trade partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial or industrial construction.
• 3+ years as Senior PM or PM on large projects.
• Experience delivering manufacturing, distribution, or process facilities.
• Strong commercial skills across contracts, cost control, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating complex MEP and heavy civil or structural scopes.
• Willingness to travel across the Southeast.

• Own budgets, schedules, buyout, change management, and monthly reporting.
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams.

• Manage heavy MEP and process scopes, including utilities, power, and equipment installation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout, typically $50M+
• Owning budgets, schedules, buyout, change management, and monthly reporting
• Building strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Leading and mentoring Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams
• Working closely with Superintendents on safety, quality, and schedule
• Managing heavy MEP and process scopes, including utilities, power, and equipment installation
• Supporting preconstruction, estimating, and business development

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years in commercial or industrial construction, with at least 3 years as a Senior PM or PM on large projects
• A track record of delivering manufacturing, distribution, or process facilities
• Strong commercial skills across contracts, cost control, and risk management
• Experience coordinating complex MEP and heavy civil or structural scopes
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
