JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex industrial and manufacturing construction programs from inception through closeout. This role drives project outcomes, profitability, and administration aligned with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The Senior Project Manager will mentor teams, manage risk, coordinate with owners and design teams, and ensure safety and compliance across multiple projects. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years’ experience are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; construction mgmt, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience.
• Experience with large scale industrial or manufacturing projects (preferred).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury‑free environment.
• Oversee preconstruction activities including takeoffs, scope review, and bid package development.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules; monitor profitability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including owner, design team, and subcontractors.
• Lead monthly reviews, change orders, and subcontractor payments.
