Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Technical Project Manager to support Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities, leading construction and infrastructure projects that enable aerospace, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing initiatives. You will manage scope, procurement, and installation while coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, industrial facilities, or manufacturing infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing project budgets, cost forecasting, RFP development, bidding, and contract/change order negotiation.
• Strong schedule management experience using Procore, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Experience coordinating electrical, mechanical, and utility infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to work daily on a production floor alongside operations teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage differing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and equipment projects supporting active manufacturing production.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial tracking across concurrent initiatives.
• Draft and issue RFPs for general contractor bids; manage procurement for equipment and construction services.
• Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, change orders, and vendor invoices.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating design, permitting, procurement, and installation phases.
• Coordinate installation and integration of heavy production equipment within a manufacturing environment.
• Manage infrastructure modifications for equipment installs, including electrical systems and HVAC.
• Oversee relocation of large equipment, coordinating rigging and utility reconnection.
