Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Boston area to lead construction and facilities projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role oversees contractor performance and direct client engagement, aligning work with drawings, timelines, and budget.

The ideal candidate brings advanced technical expertise, strong business acumen, and experience with industrial facilities. Proficiency in Asana and solid knowledge of construction methods are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools; proficiency in Asana.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear, timely updates on progress, risks, schedules, and budget status.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and status reviews.
• Address client concerns promptly while integrating expectations into execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations (OSHA/HSE), and regulatory standards.
• Conduct inspections to verify quality against drawings and specs.
• Review contractor schedules and verify progress and completion timelines.
• Evaluate cost payments, change orders, and budget status; assist with fund releases.
