Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to direct and assist Project Superintendents and General Foreman to ensure profitable, safe, timely and quality project execution.

You will coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly activities with the Industrial Construction Management team. Responsibilities include overseeing craft recruiting and management, supporting bid reviews, ensuring safety/compliance, and teaching 3-week look-ahead scheduling to optimize labor and resources across

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in industrial construction.
• Minimum 5 years as foreman and 5 years as superintendent.
• Experience managing projects with multiple crews and 250+ craft employees.
• Completion of OSHA or equivalent safety training.
• Experience with HCSS Heavy Job or similar job costing program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting and management of craft employees including superintendents and foremen.
• Support estimating through bid reviews and constructability assessments.
• Verify conformance of finished work product.
• Ensure safety and environmental requirements are achieved.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources with Project Manager and Loenbro entities.
• Instruct Superintendents and General Foremen on 3-week look-ahead scheduling.
