Job summary

Loenbro Industrial Services is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent - Construction to lead large-scale industrial projects up to $10M. You will plan, schedule, and oversee field activities, coach craft supervision, and ensure safety and quality compliance on-site.

The role requires 8+ years of construction experience, leadership of mechanical trades, and proficiency with scheduling and estimating tools. Travel up to 75% and passing drug tests are required.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• 8+ years in industrial & commercial construction.
• 5+ years leading mechanical craft trades.
• Experience with job costing, scheduling and estimating software.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foremen and keep critical activities on track.
• Oversee field activities from setup to closeout for energy, mining, pharma, and manufacturing sectors.
• Document field issues affecting budget, quality or schedule and report to PM.
• Coordinate labor, equipment and subcontractors with the project team.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance and training requirements are met.
• Prepare cost-based estimates for RFPs and monitor job costs.
