Job summary

Loenbro West is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to direct project superintendents and general foremen, ensuring profitable, safe, timely and quality project execution on industrial construction projects in North Dakota.

You will coordinate with the Industrial Construction Management team, support estimating, and manage labor across 250+ craft employees, mentoring field leaders to create a reliable three-week look-ahead schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years in industrial construction projects.
• At least 5 years as a foreman and 5 years as a superintendent.
• Experience managing projects with multiple crews and 250+ craft employees.
• Completion of OSHA or equivalent safety training.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyJob or similar job costing program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting, dispatching and management of all craft employees, including project superintendents and foreman.
• Support estimating through bid reviews and constructability reviews, including activity productions, crew makeup, equipment selection and cost analysis.
• Verify conformance of finished work product.
• Ensure safety and environmental requirements are achieved.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources with Project Manager and other Loenbro companies for timely, cost-effective completion.
• Teach Superintendents and General Foreman to generate and manage a 3-week look-ahead schedule.
